Next year there will be a lot of changes in my life, going to the university, moving out, just starting a new and self-contained life. Although I fear this new developments, I'm also very curious and happy about what will come, meeting new people, standing on one's own feet and above all, I'm lookink forward to my own flat. Dark boarded floor, white and high walls, gullwing doors, clean and minimalist, but also a bit messy with old finds from the flea market or loving heirlooms, that's everything I'm dreaming of and I'll try my best to fulfill this dream.

its the most wonderful exciting time... decorating and creating your very own sanctuary.
we did that just about a year ago in a flat in San Francisco. High ceilings, dark hardwood, white walls, re-furbished furnitire from antique shops... its so glorious. I am happy for you!

No, sadly it isn't my apartment :( These are just a few different pictures I found. I would love to have such a wonderful apartment, but at the moment I'm still living by my parents.
